a MIXED bag , i guess
noise levelempty promises
the NOISE level was something else. i swear the people above me were training for a marathon at 3 a.m. , and the slamming doors? forget about it. ALSO , the promised bonus for the water issues never materialized. i emailed and emailed , but nothing ever happened. IT feels like empty promises are just part of the package now.

superb central stay
spacious roomhelpful staffoutdated treadmill
the location is excellent near theatres. i appreciated the spacious room plus kitchenette. the staff helped quickly when i requested extra coffee. the bed was comfortable and very clean.
the gym equipment needs some updating since the treadmill was out of order. this was slightly disappointing as i wanted to exercise . however, the other facilities were functional.

many dining options are nearby with various cuisines available. there are several restaurants within a five-minute walk. i found multiple cafes open early for breakfast and coffee with quick service.
